MediaGrab provides browser-based, high-performance digital media conversion and document utilities, including but not limited to:

  • Converting image formats (JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, GIF, BMP, ICO).
  • Image resizing, aspect ratio adjustment, visual cropping, and image stitching/merging.
  • Document table extraction (PDF to Excel, Word DOC/DOCX to Excel).
  • Document conversion (PDF to Word DOCX, PDF to high-resolution images, Images to PDF).

3. 100% User Ownership & Intellectual Property Rights

You retain full, 100% intellectual property ownership of all files, images, documents, and graphics that you process on MediaGrab.

  • We do not claim any copyright, trademark, or ownership rights over any content you convert or edit.
  • Because all processing occurs locally in your device’s browser, your content is never stored, copied, or syndicated by MediaGrab.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use MediaGrab only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to use the service to:

  • Process, convert, or distribute material that infringes any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any third party.
  • Process content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, or harmful.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, decompile, or overload MediaGrab’s infrastructure or client-side scripts.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

MediaGrab is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

While we strive for pixel-perfect fidelity and accurate document parsing, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that conversions will perfectly replicate proprietary document structures in all edge cases.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MediaGrab, its developers, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the service, including data loss or work stoppage, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Advertisements and Third-Party Links

MediaGrab displays advertisements served by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdSense. We do not endorse or control the products, services, or websites linked in these advertisements. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the respective third party.
